DevOps Engineer
Manor is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a technical flow focused on infrastructure, platform reliability, and automation. You’ll work with GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and incident response, helping build a stable, scalable, and fault-tolerant product.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Developing and maintaining GCP infrastructure with a focus on high availabiliА з цієʼ ty, security, and cost efficiency.
- Designing, deploying, and supporting containerized applications in Kubernetes (GKE).
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for staging and production environments.
- Supporting development teams with infrastructure-related tasks, dev environments, and automation.
- Responding to infrastructure incidents, investigating root causes, and implementing preventive measures.
- Setting up and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Performing regular infrastructure maintenance, including updates, backups, and security checks.
What we expect from you
- Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Cloud Platform Engineer, or DevSecOps Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably GKE, including deployment, troubleshooting, and scaling.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure: VPC, firewall rules, NAT, routing.
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
- Strong Linux expertise (Debian-based or RHEL-based systems).
- Experience with Bash and Python scripting.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, including modules, workspaces, and policy-as-code.
- Experience configuring and maintaining monitoring and logging systems.
- Strong focus on security, fault tolerance, and recovery processes.
- Proactive mindset, flexible thinking, and the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems.
It would be a plus
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in FinTech.
- Experience modifying systems or working with data in environments where downtime is not an option.
- Experience as an SRE or with monitoring, escalation, and incident response processes.
