We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join a healthcare-focused US product company that helps clinics optimize financial and operational processes, including revenue cycle management.
In this role, you will work closely with the client’s engineering team on infrastructure setup, CI/CD implementation, observability, and cloud environment management within an existing production solution.
Responsibilities:
- Administering and maintaining cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines within the client’s existing architecture.
- Managing and configuring AWS infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Supporting infrastructure setup and deployment processes for production and staging environments.
- Configuring and maintaining observability and monitoring solutions (DataDog, Mixpanel, CloudWatch).
- Provisioning domains, TLS certificates, environment variables, secrets, and deployment targets.
- Creating and configuring Auth0 applications and pre-provisioned users with metadata.
- Supporting and validating release flows, runtime health, and deployment processes.
- Creating and maintaining Vercel projects and deployment configurations.
- Collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues.
- Participating in technical discussions and working directly with the US-based client team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including ECS, RDS, SQS, SNS, SES, WAF, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Route53, CloudFront, and ALB.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines setup and maintenance.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as DataDog, CloudWatch, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and production-grade network architecture.
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Familiarity with Auth0 configuration and authentication flows.
- Experience working with Python-based data pipelines.
- Understanding of deployment flows, runtime health monitoring, and production support processes.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with foreign clients.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated domains.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
