Must-Have Experience
- Strong practical experience deploying and managing Chatwoot in production
- Strong practical experience deploying and managing self-hosted RustDesk infrastructure
- Previous experience configuring RustDesk ID/Rendezvous Server and Relay Server
- Experience running Chatwoot using Docker / Docker Compose or Kubernetes
- Experience configuring Chatwoot for production workloads rather than development/demo environments
- Experience upgrading RustDesk servers with minimal service disruption
