DevOps Engineer
Manoris is looking for a proactive and motivated Delivery Engineer to join our team and support the development and delivery of our product.
Manoris is a team of 50+ professionals delivering end-to-end IT solutions for companies worldwide, including financial institutions, startups, e-commerce platforms, and other businesses. We focus on security, compliance, scalability, and user experience.
Our team includes Backend and Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Team Leads, Tech Leads, Project Managers, Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, a Technical Writer, and a CTO.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate the release process: communicate release start, progress, and completion, and keep engineers aligned on the current status.
🔹 Manage release and post-release activities.
🔹 Monitor systems during releases, analyze monitoring data, and provide feedback on potential issues.
🔹 Perform initial analysis of production issues and escalate them to the responsible teams.
🔹 Create and maintain release procedures and technical instructions for individual services.
🔹 Configure and maintain monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Grafana Alerts.
🔹 Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
🔹 Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to automate and improve release processes.
Requirements:
🔸 2+ years of experience in a technical role such as QA Engineer, Delivery Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Monitoring Specialist, or similar.
🔸 Experience working with logs and analytical data.
🔸 Understanding of client-server architecture and the ability to explain it in simple terms.
🔸 Understanding of CI/CD, its purpose, and key benefits.
🔸 Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and task management tools such as Jira or Trello.
🔸 Strong communication and teamwork skills.
🔸 Good organizational skills and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
🔸 Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics and other key indicators.
Will be a plus:
🔹 Hands-on experience with at least one CI/CD tool and basic pipeline configuration.
🔹 Experience with GCP or AWS.
🔹 Understanding of images and containers.
🔹 Good knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, and AMQP protocols.
🔹 Experience configuring dashboards and visualizations in Grafana.
