About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior / Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure for modern software products.

You will work closely with software engineers, architects, QA, and product teams to improve system availability, automate infrastructure operations, strengthen observability, and ensure smooth production deployments.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes.
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, availability, and performance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
• Lead incident response, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud security initiatives.
• Reduce manual operational work through automation.
• Promote SRE and DevOps best practices across engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments.
• Commercial experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Advanced Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of networking, cloud architecture, and security.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability tools.
• Strong production troubleshooting and incident management experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Software development experience with Java, Python, or Go.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets.
• Experience with disaster recovery, security, or compliance standards.
• AWS certifications.
• Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
