We are looking for a Technical Leader to join an innovative team working on advanced 4D imaging radar technology for the automotive industry.
We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership experience and can guide a team, make technical decisions, and drive projects forward.
Important: this is a strictly technical leadership role, not a Developer position. Previous experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead is required.
You will join a team developing software and tools that power advanced automotive radar solutions, contributing to technologies aimed at improving road safety and enabling the future of autonomous driving.
Your responsibilities
- Lead a team developing software and tools for automotive radar systems
- Work closely with Architecture and Integration teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Define and manage project milestones and timelines
- Mentor engineers and support their technical development
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices and industry standards
- Drive technical tasks from design through implementation and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical decisions
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead or experience owning major software components
- 5+ years of experience leading engineers or owning major software components
- Strong C programming skills
- Strong Python skills
- Significant experience with Linux
- Strong system-level thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks end-to-end
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Tax residence in Ukraine required

- Experience with communication stacks
- UI development experience
- Experience with ASPICE development processes
- Automotive or embedded systems experience
