Aero is an international team of engineers based in Ukraine. The company was founded in August 2026 and raised its first round of capital.
We're looking for an Aircraft Designer / Aerodynamics Engineer to join the core build team and own the aerodynamic and aero-structural design of an airframe — from CFD and stability analysis through to a flying prototype and first deployments.
What you'll do
- Design and iterate the BWB airframe geometry, balancing aerodynamic efficiency, stability/control, and shaping constraints.
- Run aerodynamic modeling and simulation (CFD, stability & control, performance envelope) to support design decisions.
- Work closely with the Head of Design on composite structure, control-surface actuation, and integration with propulsion and avionics.
- Iterate quickly across a batch-build, test-and-fly development cycle rather than a single "golden" prototype.
