We are seeking an experienced FPV Expert / FPV Pilot to join our engineering department in Berlin.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare FPV copters and ground equipment in accordance with technical checklists.
• Perform manual FPV flights and autonomous missions (ArduPilot).
• Analyze flight logs (Blackbox, DataFlash) to identify and troubleshoot issues or crash causes.
• Configure and test RC and video systems (TBS, ELRS, HD air units).
• Participate in flight sessions, demonstrations, and performance testing; prepare detailed reports.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain coordination with the ground and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on FPV flying experience.
• Strong knowledge of ArduPilot and Betaflight (flashing, tuning, configuration).
• Experience operating high-speed FPV platforms.
• Ability to interpret flight logs and diagnose system or hardware failures.
• Practical skills in soldering, component diagnostics, and multimeter use.
• Precision, discipline, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Eligibility to work in the EU and readiness to travel within Germany/EU.
• References (videos or flight logs) are mandatory.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with HD video systems (O3/O4).
• Mission planning experience in ArduPilot.
• Skills in resolving desync or ESC-related issues.
• Personal FPV gear and valid liability insurance.

Conditions:

• Contract: Full-time or flexible engagement.
• Location: Berlin-based with travel across Germany/EU.
