ERP / CRM Engineer

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join a Defense Tech. company as part of the technical team. In this role, you will work on developing modern internal solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform that simplify the team’s day-to-day work and optimize company processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and other model-driven modules.
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, workflows, and security roles in Dynamics 365.
• Extend Dynamics 365 through plug-ins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript client-side scripting, and PCF controls.
• Build complementary solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams) and external systems via REST APIs.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide user training and support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and the Power Platform.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 plug-ins, custom workflows, business rules, and client-side scripting (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Working knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps used to extend Dynamics 365.
• Solid understanding of relational database principles; experience with SQL and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating with external systems via REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive).
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, initiative, and ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with C# / .NET for plug-in development.
• Experience with TypeScript & Power Apps Component Framework
• Familiarity with ALM practices (solution layering, Azure DevOps, Power Platform Build Tools).
