We're looking for a Salesforce Developer to join the Commercial Department's CRM function, working alongside our CRM/reporting lead to support an active Salesforce overhaul as the team scales its sales and business development operations. This is a hands-on build-and-maintain role, not a config-only admin position — you'll be writing code, building integrations, and shaping the data model that sales, BD, and management rely on daily.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce/LWC, SOQL/SOSL)

— Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization

— Experience building and maintaining third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools)

— Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits

— Experience with Salesforce Flow / Process Automation

— Comfortable working in a fast-moving, still-forming environment — able to work from ambiguous requirements and iterate

— Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent demonstrable experience)

Strongly Preferred

— Experience with Salesforce reporting/analytics (dashboards, custom report types, or CRM Analytics)

— Background working with sales/BD teams directly (understands sales workflows, not just backend logic)

— Prior experience in fintech, crypto, or another high-compliance/high-velocity B2B sales environment

Working Style Fit

— Reports into / works closely with the CRM & reporting lead in the Commercial Department

— Needs to operate independently but stay tightly coordinated — the CRM rebuild is happening in parallel with org restructuring, so requirements will shift

— Should be comfortable pushing back on scope creep from non-technical stakeholders while still being responsive to business urgency

Responsibilities:

— Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow) to support sales, BDM, and account management workflows

— Own and evolve the CRM data model as the org restructures (new territories, business lines, revenue streams)

— Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard infrastructure used by department leadership for pipeline, KPI, and performance visibility

— Implement data quality, validation, and automation rules to raise CRM discipline across the sales team

— Support migration/cleanup work as CRM standards are tightened org-wide

— Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by end users (BDMs, AMs, sales leadership)
