ERP / CRM Engineer

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re looking for an ERP Developer (Python) — someone with a strong Python background and an interest in ERP systems, who is eager to grow within the ERPNext/Frappe ecosystem.

This role will be especially interesting for those who want to move beyond classic backend development into building business-critical systems: process automation, integrations, financial and HR workflows. There will be plenty of space for growth, ownership, and technical influence.
 

Your key responsibilities will include:

— Developing and maintaining custom solutions using Python and the Frappe Framework.
— Configuring and developing ERPNext according to the company’s business processes.
— Working with integrations via REST API.
— Participating in the development of internal automation flows and ERP logic.
— Extending ERP system functionality and maintaining solution stability.
— Working with Accounting and HR-related modules.
— Collaborating with business teams to improve processes and systems.
— Participating in technical and architectural decisions.
 

It’s a match if you have:

— Commercial experience with Python 3+.
— Strong understanding of backend development and API integrations.
— Experience working with SQL databases (MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
— Understanding of clean code principles and OOP.
— Experience working with Git.
— Interest in ERP systems and business process automation.
— Willingness to grow within the ERPNext/Frappe ecosystem.
 

Nice to have:

— Experience working with ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, BAS, SAP, etc.).
— Understanding of Accounting / HR / Payroll processes.
— Experience working with REST APIs and integrations.
— JavaScript or frontend scripting experience.
— Docker / CI/CD / cloud infrastructure experience.
