Position Summary:
The Middle Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business and client requirements.
This role combines strong hands-on development (Apex, LWC) with solid knowledge of Salesforce configuration and integrations. The developer works closely with Administrators, Architects, Consultants, and QA engineers to enhance platform functionality, automate processes, and ensure a seamless user experience.
The role also focuses on maintaining high code quality, ensuring performance optimization, and following Salesforce best practices related to scalability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC); familiarity with Aura and Visualforce is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing mechanisms.
- Experience with integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, Platform Events, external services).
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English level B2 (upper-intermediate) or higher.
- 4+ certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer II).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Customize Salesforce Solutions: Build and maintain applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
- Implement Salesforce Clouds: Configure and extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products to meet business needs.
- Integrate Systems: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Ensure Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while respecting governor limits, security standards, and performance optimization principles.
- Automate Business Processes: Implement Flows and automation to improve system efficiency.
- Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and user-reported problems.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Business Analysts, Admins, Architects, Developers, and QA engineers across the delivery lifecycle.
- Testing and Code Reviews: Perform unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support Deployment and Release Management: Work with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines to manage releases and environments.
- Stay Current: Continuously learn and apply new Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Mulesoft, CPQ, FSL, and/or Revenue Cloud
- Familiarity with tools like Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Salesforce Cloud Certifications.
