ERP / CRM Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Apex, LWC, and hands-on Agentforce experience to join a compact internal Salesforce team and take a leading technical role.

Project
You will develop and enhance a multi-org Salesforce estate for a global news outlet, covering Sales Cloud, FinancialForce, and Service Cloud across sales, finance, and contact centre processes, with a growing focus on AI agents built with Salesforce Agentforce.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Lead the design and implementation of Agentforce agents for real business use cases, from use case selection to production deployment
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, FinancialForce, and other enterprise systems
• Choose the right balance between custom code and declarative tools such as Salesforce Flow
• Translate business requirements into sound technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Review the existing Salesforce estate and drive improvements in scalability, performance, and technical quality
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, security, source control, and technical documentation
• Use Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments
• Work closely with internal Salesforce resources and external development partners

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally at Senior level
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Solid experience with Sales Cloud and complex or multi-org Salesforce environments
• Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce agents, ideally in production, including configuring topics, actions, instructions, and guardrails
• Understanding of how Agentforce interacts with Salesforce data, automation, APIs, and business processes
• Practical experience designing and building Salesforce integrations
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data models, automation, and platform best practices
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD
• Ability to work autonomously, challenge requirements, and recommend the right technical approach
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Nice to have: FinancialForce / Certinia experience, integrations with finance or ERP platforms, Service Cloud and contact centre experience, Platform Developer I / II certifications
