ERP / CRM Engineer

About the Project: You will join a team delivering a tenant-to-tenant migration of a customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Insights solution for a newly independent enterprise entity. The project includes full environment setup, CRM configuration cloning, data migration, Azure DevOps pipeline configuration, and go-live support.

Requirements:

• Three years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (customisation, configuration, deployment) (at least)
• Proven experience with tenant-to-tenant CRM migrations
• Strong knowledge of D365 data model, security roles, and business process flows
• Familiarity with D365 Customer Insights
• Experience with Azure DevOps — pipeline setup and deployment automation
• Experience with multi-environment architecture (DEV / UAT / PROD)
• Understanding of data migration approaches — full and selective strategies
• Experience with integrations involving ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, or Azure AD is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps integrations (would be a plus)
• Experience working with iSpring LMS (would be a plus)
• Familiarity with Dox42 (would be a plus)
• Experience using ConfigWizard (internal access configuration tool) (would be a plus)
• Experience working with API layers (details TBD) (would be a plus)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or similar technical field)
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:

• Set up Dynamics 365 for Sales, Team Member application, and Customer Insights in a new Microsoft tenant
• Create and configure DEV / UAT / PROD environments
• Replicate existing CRM data model, customisations, business processes, and security roles
• Configure Azure DevOps deployment pipelines for the new environment
• Support and execute data migration including base currency change from USD to EUR
• Ensure integration interfaces (ServiceNow, PowerApps, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, iSpring, ConfigWizard, Dox42) are not blocked by the CRM implementation
• Provide consultation and documentation to support internal teams rebuilding integrations
• Support UAT readiness and validation activities
• Provide go-live support through Q4 2026
• Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to the client team
