About the Role

We are looking for experienced OutSystems Developers to join a long-term project focused on building, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise web applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.

This opportunity is ideal for developers who have hands-on experience with OutSystems Reactive Web and Traditional Web Applications and enjoy creating scalable, high-performance business solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, user-friendly applications and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using OutSystems.
• Build and enhance Reactive Web and Traditional Web Applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Customize, optimize, and maintain existing OutSystems applications.
• Integrate applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve existing functionality.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Follow OutSystems development best practices and coding standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience with OutSystems.
• Hands-on experience developing OutSystems web applications.
• Practical knowledge of Reactive Web and/or Traditional Web Applications.
• Experience integrating external services using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of web application architecture and development principles.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Experience maintaining, customizing, and optimizing existing applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team.

Nice to Have

• OutSystems certifications (Associate / Professional / Expert).
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with enterprise applications and business process automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with application performance optimization.
