About the Project & Client

We are building a brand-new, greenfield product from scratch for our client—a UK-based marketing effectiveness consultancy. They empower global brands to optimize multi-million-dollar marketing investments using data, predictive analytics, and advanced technology solutions.

This project involves architecting and delivering a scalable platform designed to handle complex data processing, analytics visualization, and data-driven decision tools. You will join an in-house engineering team with high autonomy, direct influence over technical decisions, and a clear, structured SDLC.

What You Will Do

End-to-End Delivery: Design, build, and maintain production-ready features across the stack using
React, Node.js, and AWS.
System Design & Architecture: Apply solid design patterns and software engineering best practices to build a robust, maintainable solution from the ground up.
Autonomous Work Planning: Map out your work, identify technical dependencies upfront, and align proactively with peers.
AI-Assisted Development: Leverage modern AI code generation tools to streamline routine tasks and accelerate delivery without compromising code quality, architecture, or security.

What You Bring (Requirements)

5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
Deep proficiency with React and Node.js.
Solid experience with AWS.
Strong architectural foundation: Deep understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, scalable system design, and mature delivery processes.
Practical experience using AI code generation tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in day-to-day development.
Proven track record of working effectively within structured Agile / SDLC frameworks.
Good command of English (written and spoken) for daily team collaboration and technical alignment.
Strong self-organization, ownership mindset, and a clear “get-things-done” attitude.
