Description
We are looking for a skilled Middle Full Stack Engineer to join our agile team. You will be responsible for designing efficient backend systems and modern client-side experiences, ensuring high quality and performance across the entire stack.

Requirements

Experience & General Skills:

● 3+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry;
● English: Upper-Intermediate (verbal and written);
● Solid understanding of OOP, Functional Programming, and MVC design patterns;
● Experience with GIT and standard branching workflows;

Backend (Node.js):

● 3+ years of relevant experience in in Node.js and TypeScript.;
● Experience with advanced frameworks like NestJS;
● 1+ year of experience with AWS services;
● 0.5+ years of experience with Serverless architecture;
● Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL);
● Deep knowledge of database management, schema creation, and writing complex queries;

Frontend (React):

● 3+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, strong knowledge of JavaScript;
● 2+ experience with React, TanStack Query, and TypeScript;
● Experience with GraphQL (Apollo);
● Experience with Vite;
● Experience with MUI, Shadcn and Tailwindcss;
● Experience with GIT and branching workflows;

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development:

● Frontend: Develop modern client-side experiences using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Create and implement complex software functionality and responsive user interfaces based on architectural designs;
● Backend: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js code. Implement security and data protection measures, including encryption and secure API development;
● Integration: Lead the integration of multiple data sources and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) into unified systems. Ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Performance & Quality:

● Implement new features, evolve existing ones, and fix bugs with quality, performant, and testable code;
● Improve application performance through system analysis, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimized solutions;
● Set up and deploy applications, ensuring stability and scalability.

Collaboration & Process:

● Work within a small, agile, cross-functional team; participate in estimation and planning sessions;
● Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies and provide a positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication;
● Mentorship & Growth: Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and conduct technical interviews for potential front-end engineer candidates.

Nice to have:

● Experience with n8n (workflow automation);
● Proficiency in Python;
● Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) tools;
● Experience with PHP.
