Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI-Native Fullstack Engineer to build modern, customer-facing software products and scalable cloud-based solutions.

You will work with complex business systems, turning ambiguous requirements into reliable backend services, APIs, integrations, internal tools, and intuitive user interfaces.

This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with an AI-first development mindset and actively uses AI coding agents to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Fullstack Product Engineering: Develop customer-facing applications, backend services, APIs, internal tools, admin interfaces, and automated workflows.

Backend Development: Design and implement maintainable services, business logic, asynchronous processes, validation rules, and reusable components.

Frontend Development: Build intuitive and maintainable user interfaces using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks.

System Integrations: Integrate applications with ERP systems, internal platforms, external APIs, databases, message queues, and third-party services.

Architecture & Engineering: Improve existing systems, design scalable solutions, and ensure clean architecture and maintainable code.

Cloud & Production Ownership: Deploy and operate cloud-based solutions, preferably on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, performance, and monitoring.

AI-Native Development: Use AI coding agents and agent-based workflows to accelerate development, explore solutions, validate assumptions, and deliver production-ready software.

Requirements:

— Strong professional experience in fullstack or backend software engineering.

— Solid experience with TypeScript and modern frontend technologies.

— Experience with .NET / C# is highly valued. Engineers with Java or other strongly typed language backgrounds are also welcome.

— Strong understanding of application architecture, API design, domain modeling, and integration patterns.

— Experience designing and working with SQL and relational databases, including schema design, transactions, migrations, and indexing.

— Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.

— Understanding of asynchronous processing, queues, containers, serverless services, and cloud-based integrations.

— Experience with deployment, debugging, testing, version control, and maintaining existing production systems.

— Ability to take ownership of engineering tasks from initial exploration to production delivery.

AI-Native Engineering Experience:

— Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.

— Experience with agent-based development workflows, subagents, and parallelization.

— Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), Git worktrees, structured prompting, and harness engineering.

— Ability to validate, review, debug, and improve AI-generated code to ensure production quality.

— A strong interest in continuously improving software development practices through AI tools.
