Full Stack Engineer

Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for over 3 years. We’re looking for a Strong Junior AI FullStack Developer to join our team and work on a new AI-powered web platform for the government sector, developed in collaboration with UK public sector partners.

The project focuses on automating analytical workflows using modern AI technologies. You’ll work with modern backend and frontend technologies, LLM-powered solutions, and collaborate with an international team to build a product that solves real-world challenges.

💼 What you’ll do:

• Develop new features using Python (Django/DRF) and React (Next.js)
• Build AI-powered functionality and integrate LLMs and external APIs
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on solutions
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Designer to deliver high-quality product features
• Contribute to technical discussions and continuously improve the product

Who we’re looking for:

🧠 Hard Skills

• 1–3 years of commercial FullStack development experience with Python
• Experience with Django, Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, Celery, and Redis
• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating external services
• Basic knowledge of Docker and Git
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and modern AI workflows
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially AI

• Experience building AI-powered applications or AI-assisted workflows
• Experience with SerpAPI or similar third-party APIs
