We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React / .NET) for our client’s project. This role offers real ownership and the opportunity to shape the front end of a project management platform used by a global real estate services firm and its corporate clients. You will work alongside experienced developers in a team that values autonomy, technical versatility, and close collaboration.
Project — is a project management platform within a suite of in-house software applications developed by a global real estate services firm. The platform supports real estate projects from site selection to lease transactions, bringing timelines, key dates, tasks, documents, and outcomes together in one place. Each client has a secure workspace tailored to their specific workflows. The project aims to integrate separate applications into a connected product suite with a consistent user experience and scalable architecture.
Requirements:
Senior-level development experience with TypeScript and React 19, including hooks and function components.Strong experience with TanStack Query and TanStack Router.Expertise in Vite, Vitest, React Testing Library, CSS Modules, and PostCSS.Experience contributing to application architecture and integrating multiple applications.Back-end development experience with C# and .NET 8, including ASP.NET Core Web API.Experience with REST API integration using Axios, Okta/OIDC token authentication, and OIDC/SAML2 authentication.Hands-on experience with REST APIs, layered architecture with CQRS, EF Core, Dapper, and SQL Server.Experience working with Azure App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Entra ID.Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, Git, pnpm monorepos, trunk-based development, Azure DevOps, and Azure Pipelines.Ability to work independently, investigate problems, and deliver effective solutions.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to clearly explain technical decisions.Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Nice to have:
Experience with TanStack Store, TipTap, and dnd-kit.Knowledge of Playwright for end-to-end testing.Experience with React Compiler.Experience building and maintaining a shared component library.Experience with config-driven dynamic forms and layouts.Knowledge of multi-tenant databases using a schema-per-tenant approach.
Responsibilities:
Develop and improve the front end and user interface of the project management platform.Collaborate closely with existing front-end developers to strengthen delivery and maintain high-quality code.Integrate existing applications into a connected product suite with a consistent user experience.Build shared navigation, permissions, and user groups across applications.Contribute to both front-end and back-end development as project needs evolve.Participate in technical discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend scalable architectural solutions.Take ownership of tasks from initial analysis and requirements clarification through implementation and code quality assurance.Review, validate, and correct AI-generated code when using AI development tools.
