Full Stack Engineer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (React, Node.js & Azure) to join our team and help build a scalable enterprise platform. You’ll work across the full technology stack, developing modern web applications, backend services, cloud solutions, and enterprise integrations while contributing to the platform’s long-term technical vision.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building modern web applications.
• Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript.
• Solid commercial experience with Node.js.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience building solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Azure AD, and MSAL.
• Experience with automated testing, Git workflows, and modern development practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ownership mindset and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
• Experience integrating Azure AI, OpenAI, or other AI technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing applications for Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with Azure App Service.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in enterprise SaaS products or platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern web applications using React and JavaScript.
• Build secure and scalable backend services with Node.js.
• Develop APIs and integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to the architecture of a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Build cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers.
• Continuously improve platform performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
