Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Development Lead who will combine technical leadership with active software development and take ownership of key technical areas of the product.

You’ll be involved in architecture, development, code reviews, technical decisions, and mentoring, while remaining an active contributor to the codebase.

Responsibilities:

• Take technical ownership of key areas of the product and contribute to their further development.
• Design, develop, and implement new features across frontend and backend.
• Write and maintain production-quality code as an active member of the development team.
• Design and evolve scalable frontend and backend architecture.
• Make technical and architectural decisions together with the team.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
• Break down complex technical tasks and support the team in planning and implementation.
• Identify technical risks and proactively address performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with Product, and other teams to turn requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions and help improve development practices and workflows.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js / NestJS.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with MQTT.
• Experience building applications for On-Prem and Cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application design.
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Strong coding skills and willingness to remain hands-on with development.
• Experience with code reviews and mentoring developers.
• Ability to make technical decisions and implement them in code.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• English B2+.

• Experience with React Native or WebSockets.
• Experience working in a startup or product environment.
• Experience with Azure, IoT Hub, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
• Experience working with IoT products or platforms.
