Full Stack Engineer
Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full Stack Java and Angular Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Java developer, specializing in Spring Boot within Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Kotlin and a solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Recent experience with frontend development, preferably using Angular.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, combined with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of developers to design and implement software solutions in Java, Spring Boot, and Kotlin, ensuring alignment with best practices and coding standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs that meet business needs.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and enhance product quality.
- Oversee code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement performance optimizations to ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
