Full Stack Engineer

About

We're looking for a Tech Lead for a fullstack product development team in the gambling domain. The role combines hands-on development (back + front) with technical leadership of the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial development experience, including 1.5–2+ years in a Tech Lead / Team Lead role
• Mandatory experience in gambling/iGaming products
• Strong expertise in Node.js (backend) + React (frontend) — full-cycle fullstack development
• Experience designing system architecture (microservices, API design)
• Experience with TypeScript across the stack
• Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership (code review, technical decisions, roadmap)
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes
• Understanding of high-load and real-time system requirements (WebSocket)

• Experience working with stakeholders (product, QA, DevOps)

   

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of the fullstack development team
• Design solution architecture on both back- and frontend
• Hands-on development in Node.js/React
• Code review, mentoring, and growing the team's technical skills
• Collaborate with the product team and other stakeholders
• Assess technical risks and participate in planning
