Full Stack Engineer

Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and React
- Solid understanding of SDLC and CI/CD concepts
- Experience with RESTful web services and API design
- Strong experience in designing and implementing software modules and systems
- Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL / MS SQL)
- Experience with Git and build tools
- Good understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS)
- Practical experience using AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows
- Experience with Claude Code and other AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and testing
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and experience integrating or using MCP servers and tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development best practices, including prompt engineering, code validation, and security considerations
- English – upper-intermediate
Job responsibilities
- Research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-wide systems and application software
- Develop and implement new features across both backend and frontend
- Design, implement, and maintain REST APIs and frontend integrations
- Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability
- Leverage AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows to accelerate software development
- Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test automation
- Integrate and leverage MCP servers and tools to extend AI capabilities within development workflows
- Apply AI-assisted development best practices, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
