Full Stack Engineer

About the program:
Join Techstack as a Full-Stack JS Trainee and learn under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
This is a full-time training program built around a practical project with TypeScript, Node.js and React. You’ll work on real tasks, strengthen your fundamentals and learn how to use AI tools effectively in development.
We don’t expect you to know everything. What matters to us is that you understand what you’re doing, can explain your decisions, and are ready to learn.
What you’ll learn:

• TypeScript & JavaScript
• Node.js & Express.js
• React
• HTML & CSS
• SQL
• Git
• Writing clean code and tests
• Working with AI tools in development

What we’re looking for:

• Good knowledge of JavaScript / ECMAScript
• Basic TypeScript knowledge
• HTML5 & CSS3
• Basic Node.js & Express.js
• Basic SQL
• Understanding of Git
• Knowledge of at least one UI framework/library: React, Angular or Vue
• English at Intermediate level or higher
• Ability to learn independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor or Codex, and understanding of how they work
• Will be a plus:
  NestJS, TypeORM/Sequelize, Bootstrap, Sass/Less, MongoDB/Mongoose

How the program works

• You’ll work one-on-one with an experienced mentor on a training full-stack project work through practical tasks;
• Receive regular feedback from your mentor;
• Learn to solve problems independently;
• Gradually take on more complex tasks.

What happens after the program

Successful graduates can continue with a full-time position at Techstack and move to projects as Junior Full-Stack JS Engineers.
You’ll also have opportunities to grow through technical communities, meetups, mentoring and other engineering initiatives within the company.
