Full Stack Engineer

QuitCode is looking for a Strong Middle/Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a greenfield project and help build a modern digital platform from the ground up.

Our client is a growing UK-based company modernizing the plant and equipment hire industry through technology. The business is building digital systems that connect customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal operations, with a strong focus on automation, automation, data-driven workflows, and scalable digital solutions.

New technical implementation of the product is being built from scratch with minimal legacy constraints. You will have a real impact on technical decisions, architecture, and development practices rather than only maintaining an existing codebase.

The project also has a strong focus on agentic development and AI-assisted engineering, using modern AI development tools and workflows to increase development speed and quality.

📌 What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js, React/Vue, Next.js, GraphQL (NestJS), and Supabase.
• Build new product functionality from scratch in a greenfield environment.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Develop scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs.
• Actively use AI and agentic development tools as part of the development workflow.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
• Participate in reviewing code, sharing technical knowledge, and contributing to engineering best practices.
• Identify technical risks and proactively suggest improvements.

🧩Tech Stack:

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
• Experience working on greenfield products
• Experience designing backend architecture and APIs

✅ We expect the candidate to have:

• Ability to work full-time in a hybrid format in Lviv
• 3+ years of commercial experience in Full-Stack development.
• Understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, and scalable systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
• Genuine interest in AI, automation, and modern development workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with core technologies
