Senior Full-Stack Python Developer (Remote)

Work format: Remote, flexible hours, low meeting load (1–2 per day)

Time zone: GMT-4 to GMT+3 (priority regions — Europe and LATAM)

About the project:
The team builds scalable, cloud-based applications on a microservices architecture. The role sits at the intersection of backend and frontend, with real opportunity to influence architectural decisions and engineering practices.

What you’ll be doing:
— Developing backend services with Python + Flask
— Frontend work with React, TypeScript, Redux, React Query
— Building microservices communicating via gRPC
— Working with PostgreSQL through SQLAlchemy
— Deploying and maintaining services in Kubernetes
— AWS (S3, RDS, SQS)
— Monitoring and observability: Grafana, Honeycomb
— Root cause analysis of production incidents
— Code reviews, architecture discussions, CI/CD

What you’ll need:
— 5+ years of professional software development experience
— Strong Python, Flask (or similar)
— SQLAlchemy + PostgreSQL
— Experience with microservices and gRPC
— React, TypeScript, Redux, React Query
— Kubernetes in production
— AWS (S3, RDS, SQS)
— Grafana / Honeycomb or similar tools
— Experience working in distributed international teams
— English — Upper-Intermediate (B2)+

Nice to have:
— Experience in health insurance / regulated industries
— Cloud architecture best practices
— Experience building fault-tolerant systems
— CI/CD on GitHub
— Event-driven architectures, message queues
