Full Stack Engineer

inVerita is looking for a Full-Stack Python Engineer to join Chicago-based healthcare education technology company providing a global clinical training marketplace for medical students, schools, and healthcare institutions.

About the project:

The platform enables students to discover, apply for, and complete clinical experiences while receiving operational support such as scheduling coordination, documentation workflows, and visa assistance. For universities and healthcare providers, AMOpportunities delivers scalable infrastructure that expands training capacity and helps address global healthcare workforce shortages.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience in Python development;
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI — building agents and workflows;
• Production experience with LangGraph (or an equivalent durable workflow engine): checkpoints, human-in-the-loop interrupts, retries;
• Understanding of MCP concepts and experience building tool servers;
• Full-stack background with Django, React, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Upper intermediate or higher English level.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with FastMCP;
• Hands-on experience with LangChain;
• Experience designing complex, cyclic, and stateful multi-agent systems;
• Background in SaaS platforms, energy, or forecasting domains.

Responsibilities:

• AI & Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex, cyclic AI workflows and stateful multi-agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain;
• System Maintenance & Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the existing backend (Django) and frontend (React) web application;
• API & Data Management: Work with GraphQL schemas to fetch and manipulate data, and manage relational data in PostgreSQL;
• AI & Agentic Stack;
• LangGraph or an equivalent durable workflow engine in production;
• Checkpoints, human-in-the-loop interrupts, retries;
• MCP concepts and building tool servers.
