Full Stack Engineer
Top Netics is an AI-native venture builder that creates and launches its own tech products across MENA, the US, Europe, and Africa. We also act as a technical partner for clients — helping them design, build, and launch digital solutions from first idea to full rollout.
We’re building a platform for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization: KYC/onboarding, property discovery, portfolios, wallets, purchase flows, and investor dashboards. It’s genuine full-stack work — React on the front, TypeScript services and serverless on the back, a PostgreSQL core, blockchain/wallet infrastructure, all shipped to AWS as code. You’ll help deliver a clean, fast, secure product that makes investing simple and transparent.
How we build
All development here is agentic. Claude Code is our default daily tool, and we expect you to be genuinely productive with it. At the same time, human accountability is absolute: you own and understand everything you ship.
Your responsibilities
- Build features across the stack — React on the front, Node/TypeScript services (Express APIs, workers, Lambda) on the back.
- Design data models and migrations with Prisma + PostgreSQL.
- Deliver product surfaces: KYC/onboarding, checkout/purchase, portfolios, wallet connect, and investor/admin dashboards.
- Build forms and multi-step flows with validation and accessibility (React Hook Form + Zod).
- Integrate REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI) and wallet/blockchain infrastructure; handle auth, permissions, and edge cases.
- Ship and operate on AWS as code (SST) with Docker; take part in deploys and monitoring.
- Write tests (unit + integration) and take part in code reviews.
- Work in an agentic workflow with Claude Code, and keep the repo’s AI instruction files accurate as the codebase evolves.
What we’re looking for
- Strong TypeScript across both frontend and backend.
- React with a modern framework — Next.js or a Vite + React Router SPA.
- State & data: Zustand and TanStack Query; forms with React Hook Form + Zod (or equivalent schema validation).
- A component/design system — Chakra UI or comparable (Styled Components, Tailwind, MUI).
- Node.js backend — Express (or similar), REST/OpenAPI, auth flows (JWT/OAuth), role-based access; comfortable deploying on AWS with infrastructure-as-code (SST/CDK/Terraform) and Docker.
- Relational data with an ORM — Prisma + PostgreSQL preferred.
- Testing discipline — unit and integration tests as part of the definition of done.
- Care for correctness in money and financial flows.
- Proficiency with Claude Code (or an equivalent agentic AI coding tool) — you drive daily development through an agent while reviewing and owning every diff it produces.
- English — level С1.
✨ Nice to have:
- Web3 / crypto: EVM chains, smart-contract interaction, custodial/MPC wallets, HD-key derivation (BIP-32/39), KMS-backed signing.
- RWA / fintech / KYC-AML domain experience.
- CI/CD, error monitoring, Cloudflare, general DevOps.
