Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Node.js/React/Next.js), Senior level  to join a product for a fintech client: a time-tracking and project management platform built from scratch. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build  fintech product from scratch together with the team 
• Develop full-stack features across a Node.js/TypeScript backend and a React/Next.js frontend 
• Drive technical decisions and take ownership of delivery, not just pick up tickets 
• Collaborate directly with the client on product direction and priorities 
• Use AI tools as a core part of your daily development workflow 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack development 
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Next.js 
• Proven experience launching greenfield projects from scratch 
• Strong ownership mindset and lead capabilities 
• AI-first way of working: hands-on daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools 
• Ability to hit the ground running and deliver from day one 
• Very good English communication skills 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience in fintech or SaaS products 
• Background in time-tracking, project management, or productivity tools
