Full Stack Engineer

Our product is an AI job-search assistant for the US market. It matches job openings to a candidate’s profile, tailors their CV and writes a cover letter for each role. We’re looking for a Full-stack Engineer to join the team full-time and help scale the product, from the data behind it to the features users touch every day.

Our stack (Roughly 70% backend / 30% frontend)

• Backend: TypeScript, Node 22, Strapi 5 (also as CMS), custom REST API, PostgreSQL (including Postgres-based job queues), Playwright.
• Services: LLM gateway on Bun + Hono (Gemini); job crawler on Node + Strapi.
• Frontend: React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind 4, TanStack Query, i18next. Three apps: landing page, quiz funnel and the core product.
• Infra & analytics: Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Docker, ArgoCD, Cloudflare, Grafana, ClickHouse, PostHog.

What you’ll do

• Scale the job crawler: add new ATS platforms and job aggregators, remove duplicate listings and keep listings fresh and relevant.
• Improve job data quality with dictionaries and normalization rules.
• Develop the candidate—job matching algorithm so it holds up at high volume.
• Build and improve CV processing for PDF and other file formats.
• Support and integrate payment systems.
• Build auto-apply.

What’s required

• 4+ years of commercial software development, including 3+ years with Node.js and TypeScript in production.
• Strong PostgreSQL skills: data modeling, indexing, query optimization, queues and background jobs.
• Experience crawling or parsing data at scale (scraping, ETL, normalization).
• Solid REST API design and experience integrating third-party services (payments, ad platforms, analytics).
• Confident React and TypeScript, enough to own frontend tasks on your own.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD; basic understanding of Kubernetes.
• Strong ownership: you estimate your own tasks, hit deadlines and report openly on time spent.

Nice to have

• Strapi or another headless CMS.
• LLM integrations: structured outputs, prompting, cost and quality control.
• PDF and document parsing; Playwright or Puppeteer.
• ClickHouse, PostHog, A/B testing, server-side attribution.
• Hands-on work with payment systems.
• SaaS product experience.
• Background in HR-tech, job boards or an early-stage product startup.
