Full Stack Engineer
We are looking for a Trainee Full-Stack .NET Developer to join Sombra and work on a platform used in the premium sports travel and VIP hospitality industry. In this role, you will contribute to the development of web applications and APIs that support major sporting and entertainment events. We are looking for a strong technical foundation in C#/.NET, database development, and modern web technologies, combined with curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
Required for this role
- Understanding of C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core, with knowledge of OOP fundamentals and SOLID principles
- Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and working with SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of REST APIs and experience working with API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI
- Knowledge of Git and basic software development workflows
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum development practices
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with frontend state management concepts and tools such as Zustand or Redux, and UI frameworks including Tailwind, Material UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap
- Basic awareness of AWS services such as EC2, S3, and Lambda
- Understanding of unit and integration testing concepts, and experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Claude while evaluating generated output critically
- B1+—B2 English, strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and effective communication abilities

- Pet projects that combine .NET with React or Next.js
- Exposure to React or Next.js development
Your responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#)
- Design and implement efficient Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
- Build, support, and improve RESTful APIs
- Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, and Next.js
- Participate in team meetings, task estimations, and development planning activities
- Take part in code reviews and apply feedback to improve code quality
- Collaborate closely with QA Engineers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts throughout the SDLC
- Learn existing project architecture and contribute to continuous improvement of application functionality
