Full Stack Engineer

Our client is a well-established American company with a long history in navigation. Today it builds connected technology for the transportation industry: truck GPS tablets, mobile apps, and a web platform for fleet management. The products help professional drivers and businesses move more safely and efficiently.

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join an experienced team working on the client’s product ecosystem. The work covers the web platform and related services, with real-world impact on thousands of drivers and fleets across North America.

Required skills:

• 4+ years of commercial experience;
• Experience working with such technologies as Node.js (Fastify), PHP, Vue.js and TypeScript;
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis);
• Experience working with Prisma ORM;
• Experience working with message brokers (RabbitMQ);
• Experience designing and developing APIs (REST);
• Experience integrating payment systems (Stripe);
• Experience in any cloud services AWS/ Heroku;
• Software design skills, design patterns;
• Microservices architecture, Monolith architecture;
• Solid knowledge of git;
• Docker;
• OOP;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Chargebee or other subscription billing platforms;
• Twig;
• React.js;
• Experience working with Vue 2;
• Nest.js.

Responsibilities:

• Support of existing applications;
• Develop projects from scratch;
