PROJECT DESCRIPTION

A B2B marketplace platform for wholesale resale of returned, excess, and overstock inventory. The platform connects businesses looking to sell large volumes of inventory with professional buyers through online sales channels.

Mostly US-based engineering team on the client side, with 10 engineers from our side currently working across two platforms

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in software development.
An AI-native engineer: you already build with agentic/AI-assisted tools and have strong instincts for where they help and where they don’t.
An exceptional problem solver with a passion for tackling hard challenges.
Very comfortable with TypeScript and JavaScript, React, and a backend language such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
Able to deliver elegant, effective software solutions in a timely manner.
A clear, friendly, and open-minded communicator.
Successful in an Agile environment; able to break down large pieces of work and deliver value incrementally.
Bonus: experience scaling backend and distributed systems.
Bonus: strong testing and CI/CD discipline.
Bonus: hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with product owners to design, implement, and deploy scalable systems supporting complex digital products and operational workflows.
Deliver elegant, effective software quickly, using AI to accelerate development without sacrificing quality or ownership.
Provide thought leadership on processes, tooling, systems, and software architecture, including how AI can be effectively adopted across engineering workflows.
Improve and maintain existing systems, prioritizing maintainable solutions and removing friction from the development process.
Mentor other engineers through design and architecture planning, code review, and knowledge sharing.
Learn and grow continuously, staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.
