Full Stack Engineer
On behalf of our Client from Belgium, Mobilunity is looking for Senior Full-stack Software Engineer.
Our client is developing an AI-powered SaaS platform designed to automate business processes and improve the operational efficiency of commercial teams. The platform leverages modern technologies to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and help businesses operate more effectively.
You will join a small, technically focused team, working on the development and evolution of the platform. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, direct involvement in technical decisions, and the opportunity to build scalable, AI-driven solutions.
Location: Antwerp, Belgium
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application features using Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Build and optimize backend services, REST APIs, and database integrations.
- Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable frontend components.
- Integrate AI-powered functionality into the platform.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
- Take ownership of features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements to production.
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements:
- Strong commercial experience in Python backend development.
- Solid hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
- Ability to independently develop and deliver end-to-end full-stack features.
- Good understanding of software architecture, scalability, and maintainable code.
- Experience with modern development workflows, including Git and CI/CD practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of technical tasks, and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Good communication skills and English proficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Experience developing applications using LLMs and AI agents.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agno, or PydanticAI.
- Experience with FastAPI.
- Knowledge of vector databases, particularly PostgreSQL with pgvector.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
- Previous experience working on AI SaaS products or in early-stage startups.
- French or Dutch language skills.
