Full Stack Engineer

About the role
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong Flutter background who can own features end to end: the mobile app, the backend behind it, and the web dashboard around it. Work in an international team with engineers from Ukraine and specialists on the client side.

What you'll do
 

• Build and maintain high-quality cross-platform apps for iOS and Android with Flutter
• Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases
• Develop dashboards, admin panels, and client-facing web apps
• Integrate native Android and iOS features
• Review code and set engineering best practices

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
 

• Mobile (Flutter): Dart, Flutter, Bloc, RxDart, Streams, Freezed, json_serializable, Platform Channels
• Native Android: Kotlin, Java, Jetpack, MVVM/MVP/MVC, Retrofit 2, RxJava2, Room, Realm, OrmLite
• Native iOS: Swift, CoreLocation
• Mobile features: Material Design, Google Maps, geolocation, background tasks, Bluetooth, NFC, QR scanning, deep links
• Push notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging, APNs, OneSignal
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Express, REST, GraphQL (Apollo), WebSockets
• Web frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query

General
 

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Experience delivering products across mobile, backend, and web
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain) or RAG
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code)

Mobile (Flutter)
 

• 4+ years with Flutter and Dart, with apps you've shipped to the App Store and Google Play
• Strong experience with Bloc and reactive programming (Streams, RxDart)
• Clean Architecture and code generation (Freezed, json_serializable)
• Native integration through Platform Channels, with solid Kotlin or Swift knowledge
• Push notifications (FCM, APNs, or OneSignal), deep links, and background tasks
• Local storage and offline-first apps (SQLite, Drift, or similar)
• Unit, widget, and integration testing

Backend
 

• 3+ years building backend services with Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS or Express)
• API design with REST and GraphQL, plus real-time communication through WebSockets
• Strong PostgreSQL skills: schema design, query optimization, indexing, migrations
• Redis for caching, pub/sub, and queues
• Experience with NoSQL databases (Firestore, DynamoDB, or MongoDB)
• Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth, or Cognito)
• Background jobs and message queues (SQS, Kafka, BullMQ, or similar)
• Backend testing with Jest or similar

Frontend (web)
 

• 2+ years with React and TypeScript
• Next.js (SSR, routing, API routes)
• State and data management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query)
• Responsive, mobile-first layouts
• Building dashboards, including real-time data visualization

Nice to have
 

• AWS or Firebase/Google Cloud
• Docker and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Codemagic, or Fastlane)
• Background location tracking, geolocation services, and Google Maps
• Bluetooth, NFC, or QR scanning integrations
• A background in native Android development (Kotlin, Jetpack)
• Microservice architecture and high-load systems (millions of records, zero-downtime migrations)
• Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Dart on the backend (Serverpod, Dart Frog)
