Hybrid model of cooperation (3 times per week work from the office)
Customer: Opus Dental is a Nordic healthcare software company providing modern practice management solutions for dental clinics. The platform supports daily clinical workflows such as patient management, scheduling, documentation, and billing.

About the project
Opus Dental is a practice management platform for dental clinics, part of Planmeca Group. We are building the next generation of our cloud platform, moving from a single-tenant model to a true multi-tenant SaaS architecture, with modern identity and access management, clean API design, and a database architecture built for scale.
You’ll work on:
— Backend services in .NET (current codebase on .NET 9), built API-first
— Integration with identity and authorisation infrastructure, authentication via Zitadel, fine-grained authorisation via OpenFGA
— Multi-tenant architecture: database design, tenant isolation, scaling patterns
— New services built as independent Azure cloud components, decoupled from the legacy system
— Close collaboration with our architecture lead on API and access-control design
Requirements:
— Strong C# / .NET experience (.NET 6+, ideally .NET 8/9)
— Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Service Bus or similar)
— Solid REST API design and documentation skills
— SQL Server / relational database design experience
— Comfortable working in English in a distributed team
— Git and Azure DevOps for day-to-day work
Nice to have:
— OAuth2 / OpenID Connect and identity providers (Zitadel, Keycloak, Auth0 or similar)
— Authorisation frameworks (OpenFGA, Open Policy Agent or similar)
— Experience building multi-tenant SaaS systems
— Frontend experience (Knockout.js or React) for full-stack flexibility
— Background in healthcare or other regulated industries
Team and setup
You’ll work with our platform tech lead and architecture lead, alongside existing development teams in Norway, Sweden, Ukraine and North Macedonia. English is the working language for all technical communication.
