About the Project

A rapidly growing SaaS startup focused on transforming the professional services sector through AI-driven software that streamlines complex workflows involving documents, search, and matter management.
 

Responsibilities

• Take independent technical ownership of complex product and infrastructure features, from architecture and design through deployment.
• Develop and improve AI-powered workflows, including LLM agents, document processing, and tool calling.
• Architect reliable backend services, APIs, data flows, queues, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex production issues across the full stack using logs and tracing.
• Leverage AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex in daily work to improve engineering efficiency and delivery speed.
   

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python with FastAPI (or comparable frameworks) and TypeScript with React.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience designing database schemas, ideally with PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong architectural expertise in building reliable asynchronous systems, APIs, workers, and queues.
• Practical experience implementing and maintaining production LLM functionality, agents, prompt workflows, and RAG/search solutions.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, metrics, observability, and tracing tools such as Datadog, PostHog, Langfuse, and OpenTelemetry.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver production-ready solutions from start to finish.
