About the Project

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of commercial experience to join our engineering team.

Our client is a leading Israeli product company in the construction quality and safety industry. Their web and mobile platform helps construction companies improve quality control, safety, and field operations.

You’ll join a mature engineering team where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute not only through coding but also by influencing architecture, engineering standards, and long-term technical decisions.

The company is experiencing rapid growth and is actively expanding into the US market, creating exciting technical and business challenges.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in both product development and technical leadership.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond implementing requirements — someone who is comfortable making architectural decisions, influencing technical direction, challenging existing approaches, and driving engineering excellence.

You’ll work on both new product features and technical debt, with priorities evolving alongside the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making.
• Own features from design through production.
• Collaborate with Team Leads on task breakdown and estimation.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Review code and maintain engineering standards.
• Mentor teammates and share technical knowledge.
• Improve application performance and reliability.
• Identify technical risks and proactively propose improvements.
• Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Balance product development with technical debt reduction.

Required Skills

Must Have

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong expertise with React.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience architecting and building full-stack applications end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, scalable code.
• Comfortable owning technical decisions rather than simply implementing tasks.

Nice to Have

• React Native experience.
• AWS experience.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows and automation.
• AI orchestration, agentic pipelines, CI/CD automation, automated testing or triage.
• Experience architecting systems around AI capabilities.
