We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer whol will be a technical pillar and a subject matter expert in low/medium power electronics, analog electronics, and digital electronics. Beyond technical execution, this role involves shaping the hardware architecture, driving complex technical decisions, ensuring design for manufacturability (DFM), and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who wants to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept to mass productionThis position is suitable for people with disabilities and veterans with relevant experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
— Lead the end-to-end development of complex digital, analog, and mixed-signal devices— Architect system-level hardware solutions and select key components based on cost, performance, and availability
— Design multi-layer PCBs with a strong focus on Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMC/EMI compliance
— Carry out advanced measurements, debug complex hardware issues, and analyze results using high-end lab equipment
— Developing Design for Testing (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines for new products
— Conducting schematic and PCB layout reviews for the team
— Mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices in hardware development
Qualifications and skills
— BSc or MSc degree in Electronics, Radio Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field— 5+ years of proven commercial experience in hardware development
— Advanced circuitry knowledge: Deep understanding of both analog (low noise, precision) and digital (high-speed) circuitry
— Embedded Systems: Strong experience with microcontroller-based embedded systems and proficiency in C/C++ programming for hardware validation and bring-up
— ECAD Mastery: Expert-level experience with CAD Altium Designer, including high-density interconnects (HDI) and complex routing
— Compliance: Practical experience with EMI/EMC mitigation techniques and preparing devices for CE/FCC certification
— At least Upper — Intermediate level of English
Nice to have
— DSP (Digital Signal Processing) or FPGA experience (Verilog/VHDL)— Experience with Python or LabVIEW for test automation
— Familiarity with RF design basics or wireless communication modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa)
— Knowledge of thermal management in electronics
