  • PCB Layout. Route printed circuit boards for IoT devices, microcontroller systems, and peripherals.
  • Prototyping & Soldering. Assemble and solder initial board prototypes (including SMD components) using lab soldering equipment.
  • Testing & Debugging. Troubleshoot and test assembled boards using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal analyzers.
  • BOM Management. Select component bases, analyze market availability, and compile Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Team Collaboration. Work closely with the embedded software engineering team for fast and seamless hardware-software integration.

🎯 What You Need For This Position

  • Education. Degree or ongoing studies in Electronics, Radio Engineering, Telecommunications, Microelectronics, or a related technical field.
  • Electronics Fundamentals. Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, along with basic electronic components.
  • CAD Tools Experience. Hands-on experience with at least one PCB design tool (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, etc.).
  • Interest in Firmware. Genuine enthusiasm and interest in growing as a Firmware Engineer (writing C/C++ code for boards).
  • Lab Skills. Practical soldering experience (SMD) and confidence working with multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • English Proficiency (Intermediate / B1 at least). Fluent reading of technical documentation (datasheets, specifications) and spoken English skills to participate in client calls.
  • Self-Development & Autonomy. Ability to independently research information, master new tools, software, and calculation methods. You don’t wait for step-by-step instructions, but you can always consult with our Senior Hardware Engineer whenever you need guidance.
  • AI Tools Proficiency. Ability to effectively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate datasheet searches, compare components, and optimize routine engineering tasks.

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Basic Firmware Experience. Basic C/C++ knowledge and hands-on experience with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, nRF52, AVR, etc.).
  • Pet Projects / Portfolio. Examples of your own designed boards or hardware-software projects.

🎁 What We Offer For Your Success

  • Exciting Projects: work on real physical devices from smart furniture (like smart desks) and automated irrigation systems to smart electricity meters and AI-powered audio equipment.
  • Career Growth & Mentorship: clear opportunities for professional development with strong supervision from Senior leads.
  • Zero Bureaucracy: enjoy a trust-based culture with zero bureaucracy, no micromanagement, and no time tracking—we focus on outcomes, not tracked hours.
