Hardware Engineer
Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy — communications, navigation, and control that keep multiple drones coordinated at once. Over 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our systems, and our technology powers most of the interceptor operations active today. Through a dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological edge.
Any drone, any scale, anywhere — resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy. Our products have already proven themselves in real combat conditions in Ukraine.
We’re looking for a skilled RF Hardware Engineer to help design the high-frequency and mixed-signal electronics at the core of our systems. You’ll own designs end to end — from schematic to prototype to production — and work on hardware that’s already deployed in real operational conditions.
Responsibilities
- Design schematics for RF and mixed-signal electronic modules
- Lay out PCBs for high-frequency and mixed-signal circuits
- Validate designs through SPICE simulation, bench testing, and lab measurements
- Operate lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and oscilloscopes for hands-on testing
- Create and maintain technical documentation — schematics, BOMs, production files, and test reports
- Support prototype builds and the transition from design to manufacturing
- Partner with manufacturing partners to ensure designs meet DFM/DFT standards
Requirements
- Background in high-speed design, with a working knowledge of signal and power integrity (SI/PI)
- Solid grasp of RF signal path design — transmit/receive chains, filters, matching networks
- Hands-on lab experience, including planning tests and analyzing signals
- Proficiency with EDA tools such as Altium Designer or KiCad
- English at Intermediate level or higher
Nice to Have
- Exposure to RF/microwave simulation software such as Keysight ADS or Microwave Office
- Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers to bring products to production
- Experience with system-level design
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours, 24 days of paid annual leave, and unlimited sick leave
- Health insurance (broad coverage) after 30 days, plus sports activities
- Learning support: external/internal training, English courses, and covered AI tools & software licenses
- Military service deferral (reservation) for eligible employees, plus support for veterans and their families
- A comfortable, safe workplace — ergonomic setups, on-site bomb shelter, modern equipment, and daily snacks
- A human-centric culture built on trust and ownership, where people care about each other and getting things done matters most
If you want to help build hardware that’s already proving itself in the field — we’d love to talk.
