Hardware Engineer

Our client is a Ukrainian technology company actively engaged in robotics and the implementation of new solutions in the field of electronics. We are looking for a Design Engineer to join the client’s team.

Responsibilities:

• Designing new products and upgrading existing structures.
• Developing molds, forms, and tooling.
• Creating 3D models, units, and assemblies in SolidWorks.
• Performing structural strength calculations and basic aerodynamic calculations.
• Preparing design documentation in accordance with ESKD (Unified System for Design Documentation) requirements.
• Providing design support during prototype manufacturing and liaising with production departments.
• Preparing and adapting products for serial production.
• Participating in bench and field tests.
• Conducting research, analyzing global technical solutions, and adapting them to the company’s needs.

Requirements:

• Understanding of aircraft design principles.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Ansys Fluent.
• Experience developing design documentation.
• Knowledge of ESKD requirements.
• Basic understanding of electronics and radio communications.
• Knowledge of metalworking technologies.
• Understanding of 3D printing processes.
• Practical knowledge of or experience with composite materials.
• Higher technical education.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UAVs or aviation technology.
• Experience participating in product testing.
• Initiative and ability to independently find technical solutions.
• Creative approach to solving engineering problems.
