IT Support Engineer
Biosphere Corporation is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of home, hygiene, and professional products in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, with brands including Freken BOK, Smile, Selpak, Vortex, Novita, PRO service, GRAFF, and many others. We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users and promptly resolve technical issues.
- Maintain, diagnose, and repair computer equipment.
- Configure and maintain network equipment and local area networks.
- Install, configure, and update software.
- Organize and provide technical support for video conferences.
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment and users’ workstations.
Requirements:
- Experience in administering Windows 10/11 operating systems; knowledge of macOS will be an advantage.
- Understanding of network technologies and protocols.
- Skills in assembling, configuring, and diagnosing computers.
- Knowledge of PC hardware and ability to perform component replacement and basic hardware repairs.
- Experience installing, configuring, and updating software.
- Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
