Machine Learning Engineer
We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer — Risk Scoring & Reinforcement Learning for our client.
Product:
AI agent governance platform. The ML model scores every agent action (0–100) in real time and decides whether to allow, escalate to a human, or deny the action.
Main ML challenge:
• Real-time risk scoring (<30ms)
• Tabular ML / GBDT models
• Reinforcement learning from human feedback
• Contextual bandits, policy learning & reward modelling
• Model calibration, drift detection & per-tenant adaptation
Must have:
• 5+ years of production ML experience
• Strong Python
• Hands-on Reinforcement Learning / Bandits / Policy Learning / RLHF
• XGBoost / LightGBM, tabular ML & feature engineering
• Experience with imbalanced datasets, weak/noisy labels & synthetic data
• Production model deployment, reproducibility & low-latency inference
• AI-native development workflow (Claude Code / Cursor)
• Fluent English
