Dear сandidate!

We value every application we receive and carefully review each one. If your background aligns with our current needs, we will reach out to you within a week. If you don’t hear from us during that time, it means we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates at this stage.

We sincerely appreciate your interest in Wetelo and hope to stay in touch!

Please include your salary expectations (monthly, USD) in your application.

We are looking for a Strong Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of manual testing and quality assurance for a complex custom ERP system.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to validate not only UI/UX but also business logic, data consistency, and system behavior.
The ideal candidate can understand features end-to-end, investigate issues independently, challenge standard workflows, and identify potential problems beyond predefined test scenarios.

About the Role
You will work on a custom ERP system that supports procurement, inventory management, shipments, quality control, financial operations, and internal approval workflows.
The system includes interconnected modules, complex business rules, user permissions, integrations, and data dependencies.
As the sole QA Engineer on the project, you will independently organize and prioritize testing activities, maintain test coverage across key workflows, and collaborate closely with developers and the project team to ensure product quality.
Your responsibilities will include testing new functionality, investigating and documenting issues, verifying fixes, and performing regression testing.
We value a proactive testing approach: someone who goes beyond standard happy-path scenarios, explores alternative user flows, identifies edge cases, and anticipates unexpected user behavior.

Must-Have Requirements
— 3+ years of experience in Manual QA, primarily testing web applications (preferably B2B SaaS or similar systems)
— experience testing complex business logic, including multi-step workflows, statuses and transitions, approval flows, roles and permissions, financial calculations, and data dependencies
— experience with exploratory and negative testing, including identifying edge cases and testing alternative user scenarios
— experience with API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools, including request/response validation, status codes, and data consistency checks
— understanding of client-server architecture and ability to investigate issues across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations
— experience with SQL and the ability to write queries to validate data and verify business logic
— confident use of browser DevTools (Network tab, console, cookies, local/session storage)
— experience testing system integrations (APIs, payment systems, notifications, email flows, etc.)
— experience creating test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports) and performing regression testing
— practical knowledge of test design techniques (State Transition, Decision Tables, Boundary Value Analysis, etc.)
— experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar)
— English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)

Nice-to-Have
— experience testing ERP, CRM, FinTech, e-commerce, B2B platforms, or other systems with complex business workflows
— experience testing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), OAuth 2.0, JWT, and session management
— experience using AI tools to support testing activities, such as generating test cases, exploring edge cases, and improving test coverage
— understanding of different environments (staging, pre-production, production)
— basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
— experience with responsive and cross-browser testing
— experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

What We Expect
— ability to work independently, prioritize testing activities, and investigate issues with minimal guidance
— proactive approach to testing, including exploring alternative user scenarios and identifying potential issues beyond standard workflows
— attention to detail, structured thinking, and understanding of how different parts of the system are connected
— clear communication, ownership of assigned tasks, and effective collaboration with the team
— willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve testing approaches

What We Offer
— supportive and comfortable working environment
— paid annual vacation (18 working days per year)
— paid sick leave (including up to 7 days without a medical certificate)
— all official public holidays are days off (+11 days per year)
— free online speaking club to practice your English
— training and self-development opportunities
— team-building events and corporate parties
— accounting support and additional perks
