About the Project

This is a B2B SaaS Field Service Management (FSM) platform built for solo home service operators in the US — HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, roofers, and other professionals.

The product covers the full end-to-end job lifecycle: client management and estimate preparation with e-signature capabilities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our product team and help maintain a high level of product quality — making sure every release keeps our customers truly Happy.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and participate in their clarification together with the BA/PM
• Develop and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans)
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• Identify, document, and track defects in Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, planning, and review sessions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Manual QA
• Strong test design and test documentation skills (test plans, test cases, checklists)
• Solid knowledge of testing types (functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX)
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar) for test and defect management
• Experience with REST API testing (Postman/Swagger)
• Experience with cross-browser testing
• Ability to read and work with technical documentation
• English level — Upper Intermediate

Nice to have:

• Experience with payment flow testing (Stripe)
• Experience testing B2B SaaS products
• Basic SQL skills for data verification
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products
