The project is an internal application that enables Video Services operations teams to manage content, configure end-user experiences, and automate critical workflows.

The team consists of Product owner, Scrum Master/Team Lead, 9 Software Developers, 2 AQA.
About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Manual QA to join our Ukrainian development team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our live web application. As part of an Agile environment, you will collaborate directly with UX designers, dedicated Product Owners, and cross-site engineering teams to deliver seamless feature updates and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive functional and non-functional testing (regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end scenarios).
- Design, maintain, and optimize comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and technical test specifications.
- Conduct thorough API testing and analyze client-server architecture interactions.
- Investigate, isolate, and document bugs with clear, actionable reproduction steps in the tracking system.
- Utilize developer tools and log analysis to identify root causes of complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed global teams to ensure high-quality software delivery aligned with business requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience in manual testing, with a strong focus on web applications.
- Deep understanding of client-server architecture.
- Proficiency in API testing and troubleshooting tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Solid experience with browser developer tools (Chrome DevTools) and log analysis.
- Practical experience with data formats (strong understanding of JSON).
- Proven experience working within Scrum/Agile frameworks.
- Expertise in test management and bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Rally).
- Analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative team-player attitude, and adaptability to work within global engineering teams.
- Upper Intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English (both written and spoken) for daily professional communication.
