Manual QA Engineer

CROSSSOFT. German software company specializing in the development of digital solutions for healthcare organizations, medical practices, hospital networks, and other business sectors.Our software products help healthcare professionals optimize their daily workflows and improve the efficiency of medical services.

We are looking for motivated Junior+/Middle QA specialists to collaborate with our development team on web and mobile applications. Candidates with less than one year of commercial experience are also encouraged to apply if they demonstrate solid technical knowledge, practical testing skills, and a willingness to grow professionally.

Cooperation is based on a B2B services agreement with Ukrainian LLC TRINITYQ.

Required Skills:

-Good understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

-Practical experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.

-Ability to create and maintain test cases, checklists, and bug reports.

-Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.

-Familiarity with GitLab and version control principles.

-Basic knowledge of databases and experience with DBeaver or similar tools.

-Understanding of the bug lifecycle and defect tracking processes.

-English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

-Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have:

-German language skills — a significant advantage.

-Basic SQL knowledge and ability to write simple queries.

-Familiarity with SourceTree.

-Experience testing both web and mobile applications.

-Understanding of client-server architecture and HTTP/HTTPS.

-Previous experience with healthcare software or medical IT products.

Areas of Responsibility:

-Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.

-Identify, document, and track software defects.

-Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.

-Collaborate with developers and other project specialists to ensure product quality.

-Review requirements and identify potential gaps or inconsistencies.

-Contribute to improving QA processes, testing approaches, and documentation.
